COMPOSITE RESIN FILLINGS AND BONDING

Yes, we offer Composite Resin Fillings and Bonding at McLean Dental Group!

Dr McLean has a special interest in placing composite resin restorations using the latest techniques and the strongest and most natural-looking materials. We offer a range of services to address various dental needs where placement of composite resin is required including:

General Restorations

We restore broken, worn and decayed teeth leaving them disease free using advanced techniques for long lasting tooth coloured fillings. Our approach focuses on restoring your teeth while maintaining a natural appearance and optimal functionality. We exclusively use all tooth-coloured composite materials.

Composite Resin Bonding

Are you self conscious when it comes to smiling? Or perhaps you have an event coming up and would like a brighter, more even smile?

Enhance your smile with our composite resin bonding services. This procedure is ideal for aesthetic purposes but can also help to strengthen and protect your teeth as well. This process allows us to address issues like discolouration, chips, cracks, unevenness and unwanted gaps in between your teeth.

Our experienced dentist Dr Tom McLean has a keen interest in these techniques and has completed many cases for our happy clients. He carefully sculpts and bonds composite resin to achieve a seamless and attractive outcome so that you can smile with confidence again.

Amalgam Removal

If you’re concerned about amalgam fillings, we offer amalgam removal under a protective rubber dam. While we generally don’t recommend just taking amalgam fillings out if they are still in great condition, if you are concerned about them deteriorating, they are showing signs of cracks or wear, you don’t like the appearance of them or you have been recommended by a professional to have them removed. We can remove them for you under rubber dam and replace your old amalgam fillings with tooth coloured, biocompatible composite materials.
